RANKL promotes migration of gastric cancer cells by activating EGFR pathway. a After treatment with RANKL at different time points, the HER family members showed persistent or transient phosphorylation activation by western blot. b RANKL can up-regulate the levels of P-EGFR, P-AKT and P-ERK. However, this effect can be counteracted by transfection of siEGFR. c, d The transwell assay and wound healing assay results showed that the RANKL can up-regulate the number of cell migration increased significantly.
