Expression profiles of Ct- and Lt-OATP1B3 mRNA in human lung cancer patients. Using the same quantification and calculation methods as described in the legend of Figure 2, the copy numbers of two OATP1B3 mRNA isoforms in each sample were separately determined. Each dot represents the mean of Ct- or Lt-OATP1B3 mRNA expression levels (copies/ng total RNA), which was obtained from three independent determinations, each performed in duplicate. The red line indicates the QL value. The total number of specimens, together with the number of positive expression specimens, in each group is shown in parentheses.
